Mistral Small 3.1 24B Base 2503 is the pretrained base checkpoint of Mistral AI's March 2025 Mistral Small 3.1, released under Apache 2.0 alongside the instruct model. It adds vision understanding to the 24B language model and supports a 128K-token context window; the Ministral 3 family was distilled from it.
