Muse Image is the first image-generation model from Meta Superintelligence Labs, launched on July 7, 2026 alongside a preview of Muse Video. It generates images from text, edits images and composes from multiple reference images. Meta describes it as agentic: it can call search and code-execution tools, refine its own generations and improve with more test-time compute, and it integrates with Muse Spark. Meta made it available in the Meta AI app, on meta.ai, in Instagram Stories in the US and in WhatsApp in some countries; no weights, API or model card were announced.
